This strategic role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key partners—VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers—while driving growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts. /p pThe Senior Channel Manager will design and implement partner recruitment, enablement, and growth strategies that align with Trend Micro’s overall objectives. The role includes significant travel across Italy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute channel partner strategies to expand Trend Micro’s footprint across enterprise and mid-market customers in Italy. /li liRecruit, onboard, and grow high-potential partners, with a focus on VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers. /li liBuild strong executive-level relationships within the partner ecosystem to foster long-term collaboration and loyalty. /li liDeliver training, enablement, and business support to strengthen partner sales, marketing, and technical capabilities. /li liDrive joint business planning with partners, aligning objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies. /li liOversee pipeline development, deal registration, and sales forecasting in Salesforce. /li liRepresent Trend Micro at partner and industry events, promoting our solutions and strengthening market presence. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience in channel sales / management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software. /li liStrong track record of building and growing strategic partner relationships. /li liExperience with managed services partners and recurring revenue models. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills. /li liBachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred). /li liWillingness to travel 50%+ across Italy.
