SoftwareOne is creating a new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager – Digital Sales (Danish Speaker) to join our team. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong Danish and English communication, and a passion for technology.
Role and Responsibilities
* Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with SME clients.
* Serve as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
* Develop and execute renewal strategies and negotiate contract renewals.
* Address and resolve post‑sales issues collaboratively.
* Maintain comprehensive account coverage and identify growth opportunities.
* Leverage data insights to drive sales motions and target upsell opportunities.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve account management processes.
* Act as client advocate, championing success stories to drive referrals and testimonials.
Requirements
* Degree in commerce or related field (preferred but not required).
* At least two years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent Danish and English language proficiency.
* Interest in technology products and services.
* Growth mindset, team spirit, and innovative thinking.
