Restaurant Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including service flow, staffing, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
* Development and execution of daily briefings, service strategies, and team schedules to drive business growth.
* Maintenance of operational excellence through implementation of SOPs and quality audits.
* Leadership of staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster high-performing teams.
* Management of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize profitability.
* Analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementation of strategies to enhance revenue and reduce overhead costs.
* Resolution of guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaboration with Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality.
* Ensurance of full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health regulations.
* Partnership with marketing teams on promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive sales.
* Foster relationships with VIP guests and regular clientele to build brand loyalty.
* Inventory management and coordination with suppliers for timely restocking.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.
* Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience.
* Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
* Proficiency in POS systems, Excel, Word, Pascal, and reservation software.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
