We are supporting a global manufacturer of dental solutions in their search for a Sales Account Manager to join their Italian team. This is a field-based role covering Milan and the Lombardy region, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
The role
- Promote and sell a portfolio of well-established dental products directly to dental practices.
- Deliver multiple high-quality customer visits per day, building strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Implement call strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.
- Provide hands-on product training and education to dentists.
- Actively participate in key dental congresses, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Southern Europe in marketing and management.
- Contribute at regular sales meetings in Italy and across EMEA (English required for the latter).
The profile
- 5–6 years’ experience as a dental sales representative;
experience with leadingbrands
- Strong selling and communication skills, with proven sales achievements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage territory effectively.
- Organised and structured, able to plan customer visits and deliver training sessions confidently.
- Degree in pharmacy or equivalent background preferred.
- Driving licence required.
- MS Office proficiency.
