PANDORA is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Store Manager for our store in Genova XX Settembre. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the world's most loved jewellery brands.
Main Purpose of the Role
The Vice Store Manager supports the Store Manager in ensuring that the store and all staff contribute to celebrating women, providing each customer with a unique shopping experience to select jewellery that best expresses their personality.
Responsibilities of the PANDORA Vice Store Manager
Store Staff
* Support the Store Manager and act on their behalf in their absence.
* Supervise sales personnel activities, manage scheduling, and promote motivation and a positive environment.
* Train new sales employees and ensure ongoing staff training in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
* Ensure staff appearance, behavior, punctuality, and notify management of relevant personnel issues.
Store Management
* Maintain high customer service standards and manage store budget to meet sales targets.
* Handle product delivery, stock management, and participate in inventory control.
* Contribute to store organization, cleanliness, and overall image.
* Assist in managing internal inventory and store equipment.
Store Equipment and Furniture
* Assist in implementing POS and merchandising campaigns.
* Participate in window and display renewals.
Cash Flow and Inventory
* Monitor and manage cash flows and prepare payment reports.
* Contribute to stock management and inventory results.
Reports
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analyses.
* Ensure reports and documents align with company guidelines.
Selling
* Participate actively in sales activities and achieve sales goals.
* Maintain high customer service standards and handle customer issues professionally.
General
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Protect company assets and brand image.
* Ensure staff compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with office software and electronic tools.
* Knowledge of cash transactions and store procedures.
* Ability to monitor KPIs like turnover, productivity, and stock rotation.
