Compensation: $17.87/hr + Tips

About the Role
Belles Beach House is looking for an experienced, energetic, and service-focused Bartender to join our front-of-house team. As a bartender, you’ll play a key role in delivering a vibrant and memorable guest experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing top-tier hospitality in a dynamic, high-volume beachside setting.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and team members with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
* Deliver full-service hospitality by taking guest orders, making menu suggestions, and anticipating guest needs.
* Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service.
* Engage with guests in a warm and courteous manner to create a welcoming and upbeat bar atmosphere.
* Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and process payment transactions properly.
* Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, company policies, and safety standards.
* Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as directed, including bar setup and breakdown.
* Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, daily specials, and any dietary/allergy considerations.
* Attend pre-shift meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
* Report any maintenance issues, breakage, or incidents to management immediately.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or lounge
* Alcohol Awareness Certification and valid Food Handler's Certificate (required or must be obtained upon hire).
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Ability to maintain focus and professionalism during high-volume shifts.
* Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
