Position: Addett
Iper La grande i, an Italian company operating in the GDO sector with over 20 hypermarkets across the country, is looking for an Addett for its restaurant "27" in Arese (MI).
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and guiding customers to their tables.
* Presenting the menu and daily specials.
* Assisting in choosing dishes and beverages.
* Taking orders and transmitting them to the kitchen via electronic device.
* Serving food and drinks at the table.
* Maintaining order and cleanliness in the table and dining area.
* Managing cash register and payments.
* Resolving any customer issues.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of main dishes and beverages.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Customer service orientation.
* Manual dexterity and precision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work quickly and accurately.
* Experience as a Sala assistant is a plus.
* Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
