Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, empowering people, enriching home life, and inspiring innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Partner Technical Enablement /h3 ul liDevelop and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions and workshops for partner sales teams and technical personnel (e.g., on UPS, cooling, smart monitoring, prefabricated solutions). /li liCreate compelling enablement materials, including presentations, solution guides, competitive analysis, and demonstration scripts. /li liAct as a primary technical escalation point for partners, resolving complex technical queries and challenges. /li /ul h3Solution Promotion Sales Support /h3 ul liProactively promote the entire Huawei Datacenter Facility solutions portfolio to partners, articulating the value proposition and competitive advantages. /li liConduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for partners and, when necessary, directly to their end‑customers. /li liSupport partners in understanding customer requirements, qualifying opportunities, and defining optimal solution architectures. /li liCollaborate with partners on solution design, sizing, bill of materials/quantities generation, and technical proposal development. /li liAssist partners in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI). /li /ul h3Project Lifecycle Guidance /h3 ul liProvide technical support during the presales phase, including proof‑of‑concept (PoC) validation and technical due diligence. /li liOffer guidance during subsequent project phases (e.g., deployment, commissioning) to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction. /li liCollect market feedback, analyze industry trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of our product roadmap. /li /ul h3Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild and nurture strong, long‑lasting technical relationships with key stakeholders within our distributor and system integrator network. /li liUnderstand their business models, strategic objectives, and technical capabilities to identify growth opportunities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. /li liMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar client‑facing technical role within the IT or Datacenter industry. /li liStrong technical expertise in Datacenter Facility infrastructure, such as power systems (UPS, Batteries, Power Distribution), cooling systems (Chillers, CRAC/CRAH, precision cooling), racks, containment (hot/cold aisle), Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and monitoring solutions. /li liFluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
