We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong passion for technology and digital, ready for a new adventure as E-commerce Project Manager in our dynamic Tech team.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in managing complex digital projects, ideally within the e-commerce industry.

What you'll do:
* Manage and deliver a portfolio of complex projects to push ecommerce one step forward, including websites launches, integrations, new functionalities, global and omni-channel solutions.
* Identify and implement solutions leveraging both existing and emerging technologies, ensuring target achievement in terms of functionality, quality, costs and speed of execution.
* Serve as a reference point both within and outside of TLG, supporting project scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization. Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with a team of exceptional professionals, international brands, and global service providers.
* Be responsible for delivering a top-notch experience for both customers and colleagues, proactively improving systems, tools, and processes to drive innovation at TLG.
* Resolve technical issues swiftly and provide high-quality support, ensuring that every technology-related challenge is addressed effectively to enhance the user experience.
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years of experience in digital project management, systems integrations, or a similar field within complex digital environments.
* Previous experience in consulting and/orwith e-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, Woocomerce, BigCommerce will be considered a strong plus.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and adapt communication style to suit diverse stakeholders.
* Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a continuous learning and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving demands.
* Fluent in both Italian and English.
