Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 60m+ charter motor yacht

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join a busy charter programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the galley and will have the opportunity to create varied menus and showcase creativity while delivering high‑quality cuisine for both charter guests and the owner. Candidates with previous charter experience are preferred.
Required experience
Previous Head Chef experience on 40m+ motor yachts
Experience cooking for both charter guests and owners
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
Experience managing provisioning and menu planning
Ability to work efficiently in a busy charter environment
Required qualifications / certificates
STCW
ENG1
Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (or higher)
Visa requirements: B1/B2 visa preferred
Start date: 1 May
Location of vessel: Italy
Salary & Leave: EUR 8,500 per month, 60 days leave per year
Itinerary: Mediterranean season following a yard period.
