At Eaton Electrical Division, the Field Product Marketing Manager - MV/LV Power Distribution is at the heart of driving product success and market impact across EMEA.This role combines strategic ownership with customer‐centric thinking, connecting product, sales, and market insights to unlock growth.Acting as the trusted expert and storyteller for the portfolio, you will shape how our solutions win in the market, influence innovation through customer insights, and bring technical excellence to life through compelling value propositions.This position will be based in our Segrate (MI) office.What you'll do:Product Life Cycle Management (Local Market):Own the full product lifecycle: market analysis, selection, pricing, launch, and end‐of‐lifeDefine pricing, positioning, and service offerings to ensure competitiveness and profitabilityLead new product launches, forecasts, and go‐to‐market execution with SalesDrive local strategy execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and product certificationMarket Insights & Strategy:Leverage Voice of Customer and market insights to guide product strategy and developmentMonitor competition and contribute to local growth plansMarketing & Sales Enablement:Support and localize marketing campaignsProvide sales teams and partners with tools, training, and product expertiseStakeholder Engagement & Brand Awareness:Act as the local product expert and key point of contactRepresent Eaton in industry forums and external eventsQualifications:Degree in Engineering, Electrical Studies, Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in MV/LV switchgear across product marketing, product management, or technical rolesStrong market expertise in Italy, with deep understanding of customers, channels, and competitive dynamicsProven business acumen, including pricing strategy, financial planning, and revenue growth ownershipSolid technical foundation in electrical products, with the ability to translate complexity into compelling customer valueExperience thriving in cross‐functional, matrix organizations, influencing stakeholders and driving executionData‐driven mindset with the ability to leverage customer insights (VoC) and market intelligence to shape strategyFluent in English and in Italian and willing to travel up to 40%- 50%Skills:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, impactful messages both verbally and in writingStrong presentation and influencing capabilities across diverse audiences, including sales teams, customers, partners, and external stakeholdersProactive, self‐driven mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a complex, matrix environmentStrong team player, able to operate seamlessly across geographies, product lines, and functionsAnalytical and data‐driven thinking, with a structured approach to problem‐solvingInfluential leadership style, with the ability to drive alignment and action without direct authorityCustomer‐centric mindset, with a passion for understanding and solving customer challengesFlexibility and willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally across EMEAEaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (including base salary and Sales Incentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200–EUR 80.960 gross per year.All positions may require participation in video and in‐person interviews as part of the hiring process.
