You call, e-mail or visit your customers to determine their needs, to follow up on your outstanding proposals or to present new products. You also make contacts with new connections in order to further expand Dynata's network;
You work together in a team with other Account Directors and Project Managers. Together with the regional Sales Director you are responsible for developing account plans to serve and grow your customers and cross-sell the entire Dynata Product Suite;
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing; Able to take cultural differences into account; Fluent communication skills in English;
Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and experience working with CRM.
3+ years of Sales account management experience with demonstrated success in growing and managing accounts;
~ Experience with large account sales and managing complex sales in large organizations;
~ Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
