E-COMMERCE CRM SPECIALIST

We are seeking a passionate, data-driven, and creatively minded E-commerce CRM Specialist to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) department, part of the wider Physical Sales & Brand Partnership team. In this role, you will report directly to the DTC Coordinator and contribute to scaling a thriving sales channel by combining strategic insights with a creative approach to customer engagement.
By leveraging a high-quality, ready-to-use customer database, you’ll have the chance to design and execute innovative CRM campaigns that enhance customer loyalty, boost sales, and elevate the overall fan experience.

You will:
* Spread the CRM culture in the company putting customers first in each and every activity planned and launched
* Grow the database with lead generation campaigns, collaborating with the ADV team and the E-commerce Store Manager
* Provide guidelines and best practices based on data-driven analysis and A/B test results
* Define Newsletter editorial strategy and KPIs, by enhancing Universal Music Italy brand identity with a strong focus on the copywriting
* Develop local and international CRM communication campaigns, supporting new music releases (both new releases and catalogue reissues) through an interests-based segmentation
* Propose creative contents during multi-artists campaigns (Sanremo, Black Friday, 4⁄20 etc.) or leveraging real time viral events
* Collaborate with the creative team to realize creative assets
* Develop marketing automation strategies, in order to increase customer loyalty and retention
* Support the label’s marketing team through the activation of fan experiences (events, tour ticket pre-sales, ecc)
* Conduct recurrent analyses for strategies adjustment and evolution
You should be able to:
* to define and implement CRM strategies, with a strong focus on automation, customer retention, and loyalty.
* analyze CRM performance through KPIs, A/B testing, and campaign analytics to guide continuous improvement.
* craft newsletter strategies and engaging copy, aligned with brand identity and tailored to segmented audiences.
* work closely with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to develop compelling campaigns and assets.
* create and manage CRM campaigns (local & international), using interest-based segmentation
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position – performance marketing agency experience will be considered a plus
* Fluency in English
