Summer Production OperatorWe are currently seeking temporary production operators for the summer season to join our team at our semiconductor manufacturing facility. As a Summer Job production operator, you will play a key role in the semiconductor manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards.Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient semiconductor production.Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain consistency and quality in the manufacturing process.Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.Troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Assisting with equipment setups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance activities as needed.Collaborating with cross‐functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to address production issues and optimize processes.Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.Accurately documenting production data, including quantities produced, equipment performance, and any issues encountered.Participating in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in semiconductor manufacturing.
Requirements
Technical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or similar.Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in semiconductor production.Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.Good problem‐solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams.Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
