Internally RATIONAL is committed to the principle of sustainability, expressed in its policies on environmental protection, leadership and social responsibility. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote and spread benefits messages of iCombi and iVario technology through RATIONAL Cooking Live culinary events /li liIncrease customer base through customer development within all food service market segments and applicable commercial market segments /li liDevelopment and expanding of efficient and long-term partner and dealer network /li liIncrease customer base via developing the Consultant/Designer network for specification /li liDevelop local activities on target group Regional Key Account and coordinate and support the Key Account team and Corporate Chef team /li liWork shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service team to ensure the best support in their own region /li liBe able to build a strong referral network /li liDocument customer-related information and activity within our Customer Relationship Management system /li liManage and grow territory volume by pursuing both identified opportunities and creating new opportunities /li liOrganize daily/weekly/monthly plan, work the plan and follow up /li liPrepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and provide market analysis (sales, activities, dealers, competitors, …) /li liPrepare and manage their region’s business plan and annual personal/regional sales budget /li liParticipation in Regional/National Trade shows and sales meetings. Responsible for local trade shows in their own area /li liCoordination and implementation of all sales, products and marketing activities /li liPre- and after-sales activities of end-users (sales visits and unit introductions) /li /ul h3Practical Background /h3 ul liExperience as sous- or executive chef. /li liStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levels from corporate down through all levels, including good listening skills. /li liSelf-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented. /li liAble to work independently and as a team player, and able to work with minimal supervision. /li liAbility to solve problems, overcome objections, and influence others. /li liStrong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task. /li liAbility to negotiate, leverage leads and close. /li liHave experience setting budgets, creating plans to meet budgets, and working their plan. /li liGood verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. /li liComputer literate. /li liValid driver license. /li liWillingness for overnight away-from-home travel up to 30% of time. /li /ul h3Personal Qualities /h3 ul liTeam player. /li liPassionate about food and cooking. /li liEnthusiastic, flexible and structured. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to be innovative, adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking. /li liHonest and professional personality to build customer relationships. /li liUnderstands the needs of the customers and can present in a clear and customer-oriented way. /li liThinks positively and believes in success, wants innovations, success-seeker. /li liTarget-oriented and assertive, can inspire and enthuse those around them. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liTemporary contract (1 year) with possibility to turn into permanent. /li liAbove-market benefit package. /li liAnnual target bonus. /li liRecurrent trainings and people-development program. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pWhat counts for us are your qualifications – regardless of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation/identity or social, ethnic, or religious backgrounds.
