Liaise with planning D2C merchandising team /li liQuantify the impact of product discontinuities and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential revenue losses /li liCollaborate with performance marketing and CRM teams to ensure site promotions are effectively leveraged across all customer touchpoints /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liAt least 4-5 years of experience in Key Account Management preferably in E‑Business context /li liEnthusiasm for digital innovation, market trends, and the evolving online retail landscape /li liPrior experience in an e‑commerce role preferred, with a deep understanding of online consumer behavior and omnichannel dynamics. /li liAbility to assess business needs and identify opportunities to balance revenue, marginality and product assortment /li liGood knowledge of merchandising principles, including product presentation, assortment strategy, and promotional planning to drive sales and digital marketing. /li liStrong analytical skills to interpret e‑commerce KPIs (Revenue, Returns, Merchandising Mix etc) /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Power Pivot) and PowerPoint /li liExperience with E‑commerce management tools (Mirakl), Highstreet, and project management tool (ClickUp, Jira) or similar. /li liStrong analytical skills to interpret e‑commerce KPIs (traffic, CR, AOV, revenue, etc.), assess product performance, and optimize site merchandising accordingly.
