From insight to execution, you’ll work on local and global projects for two of the most prestigious automotive clients in the industry, as well as on occasional pitches. You’ll demonstrate your ability to adapt to each brand’s unique voice and choose the right medium and channel for every idea. You’ll work side by side with Art Directors and collaborate with different teams depending on the task.\n
About You
- At least 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Professional English proficiency (C1+): you must be fully capable of working, brainstorming, and presenting projects in English
- Proven experience with automotive campaigns
- A creative mind with a flawless pen—you can come up with big ideas and creative platforms, but you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty with headlines and radio scripts
- Strong knowledge of current advertising trends and best practices
- A passion for the motorbike world: you don’t need to be a biker, but you must understand the culture and feel close to the community
- Last but not least, you’re a team player—we value great talent, not big egos
Nice to have
- Experience working on luxury brands, with an understanding of category nuances
- Experience working across multi-market or international campaigns
- Ability to contribute to pitch work and new business opportunities
- Interest in emerging formats and platforms (AI tools, new social channels, interactive content)
