We are currently looking for a Presales Engineer. This is a full-time, remote position based in Italy.
* Support business development by generating more leads through roadshows or workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solutions introduction.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through your technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support.
* Conduct effective product training and interact closely with partners to ensure they understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services.
* Gather feedback and insights from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
* Provide technical insights and suggestions, helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally within the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Strong self-drive, proactiveness, and ability to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Interest or passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
