Ph3Business Development Manager /h3pJoin ARAG S.r.l. as a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in international markets. You will develop new business opportunities, map customer bases, and build strong relationships within the precision farming sector. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and expand ARAG’s presence in assigned international markets, focusing on high‑priority regions in Europe. /liliIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through structured market mapping and scouting. /liliBuild and manage strong relationships directly with OEM customers and distribution networks. /liliConduct market visits (35–40% travel) to engage stakeholders, understand dynamics, and unlock potential. /liliDrive initiatives to increase market penetration and accelerate revenue growth. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies and tailor solutions. /liliMonitor competitive landscape, customer behaviours, and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities. /liliPrepare forecasts, market reports, and development plans to support business decisions. /liliRepresent ARAG at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli2–4 years of experience in international business development or similar roles focused on opening new markets. /liliProven ability to manage direct market development—direct customer engagement, not via agents. /liliExperience in technical B2B environments; preferred industries: fluid management, oleodynamics, hydraulic components. /liliBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Languages, or related fields. /liliFluent in English; German is a strong plus. /liliStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. /liliAvailability to travel internationally (35–40%). /liliStrong commercial mindset with structured, analytical approach to market development. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pWe offer a dynamic environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within a global leader in precision agriculture. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
