 
        
        Our Client is an A-listed renewable energy company.
 * Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
 * Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting.
 * Help customers on product installation and operation.
 * Design product brochures, operation manual manuals and videos.
 * Other work assigned by the leadership.
 * Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.
 * At least 2 years of After-sales or technical support experience, familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery, UPS.
 * Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language.
 * Business travels are required.
