Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and managing your team to meet goals. Azienda riservata provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader. As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance and performance at work.Key Job Responsibilities Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Azienda riservata AssociatesWork independently and operate in an autonomous environmentStand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hoursWilling and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs.
