About the role

We are looking for aworld-classcontractor/ consultanttojoin our Account Management team andprovide best-in-service supporttoour professional sports clientsglobally basedintheItaly.You’llown the relationships we have with elite sportsorganisationsproviding training, sportsconsultancyand on-going support daily. In this role,you’llbecome an expert in our industry-leading technology and make sure our clients get maximum value from our products and services.

Account Management

* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Provide Sports Science consultancy
* Be strategic in your approach, providing proactive, value add account management services
* Ensure clients are using most up to date products, and are fully trained on every aspect of the system
* Be highly personable and professional. Build andmaintainstrong,long lastingclient relationships.
* Ensure thetimelyand successful delivery of our solutionsaccordinglyto customer needs andobjectives.
* Ensure prompt andaccurateanswers to clients’ queries andassistwith challenging requests or issues escalations as needed.
* Ensure client records are up to date andaccuratein Salesforce, recording all interactions
* Visit clients throughout the year to ensure client’s needs andobjectivesare being met.
* Develop new business with existing clients and/oridentifyareas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team toidentifyand grow opportunities within territories.

Pre Sales

* Support Pre-Salesteam,by delivering online and onsite demonstrations of STATSports’ new products and services products, to prospective clients.
* Compile, share and file all necessary online/onsite demo reports for future reference or in order to furnish Business Development team with necessary information.

Miscellaneous

* Continued contribution to the Sports Science Department which includes written Performance Insights
* Be committed to continuous professional development, keeping up to date with the latest developments in the athlete monitoring industry including competitor systems as well as Account Management skills

About You

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. Aworld classAccount Manager at STATSports isorganised, hasgreat communicationskills and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

You’llneed to have:

* At least a 2:1 in Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent.
* Ability to fluently speak English and Italian
* Working in a customer focused role.
* Experience working or coaching in High Performance Sports using a GPS Performance Tracking System.
* The ability to travel for work, up to 50% of the time.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Experience with Salesforce CRM.
