To fulfil our social responsibilities, we will continue to do what we have done for over 100 years - to enrich people’s lives at home and at work, and move society forward. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING /h3 ul liIdentify and visit target consultants, architects, main contactors and installers in order to identify projects. Support the consultants and the installers on designing the projects with Panasonic solutions. /li liEnsure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners. /li liFollow-up of the projects on Salesforce, and follow-up of the project pipeline on a regular basis. /li liSupport the installers and consultants with trainings regarding the products and software for the responsible product category. /li liFeedback the market information to the Product Managers, and to reflect into own strategy/tactics review and the future product development. Suggest appropriate measures to achieve the strategic company goals. /li liIdentify and built strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers in order to increase the project business. /li liCoordinate regularly with relevant internal partners to follow up projects installations from product sales to its commissioning, in order to minimize risk of installation problems by predicting and anticipating any delicate project issue and taking appropriate preventive measures to better ensure the success of customer service. /li liEnsure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and project progress in the relevant systems. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liRelevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience /li lib3-5 years of relevant experience /b in the field: ul liSpecific products: bVRF / Idronics product for commercial application /b /li liArea of interest: Piemonte, Liguria, Sardegna /li /ul /li liExperience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial /li liProficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise /li liEffective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques /li liUnderstands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function /li liVery strong communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills /li liWillingness to travel /li libLanguages /b: Fluent in Italian and English level B1-B2 /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER YOU /h3 ul liA challenging strategic role where you can actively contribute to the company's success and take on responsibility /li liInternational work environment /li liVariety of training and development opportunities /li liFlexible working hours and remote workingHigh Work-Life Balance /li /ul h3ABOUT US /h3 pPanasonic is one of the largest and leading electronic product manufacturers in the world.
