Job Posting Title Brand Manager The challenge In order to support the fast development of Haier Europe Business Line, the Brand Manager will take a major role in the brand strategy & deployment across all European markets. He/She will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion and implementing brand plans. The brand management includes direct-to-consumer capability through a test and learn model and a profound knowledge of all consumers touchpoints. The position requires full knowledge and understanding of the digital landscape (digital marketing, ecommerce, DTC) brand building, insights & analytics. What you will do - Define key brand values and overall brand positioning, in line with consumer targets. - Oversees the 360° consumer purchase experience, from digital to in-store, including promotional activities and post-sales activities - NPS - Develops a consistent and coherent approach in all customer touchpoints. - Develops annual activation roadmap and marketing introduction process and plans. - Activate new products value propositions and being in daily collaboration with Product Line to define product naming & architecture, messages, user experience and wider consumer engagement plans as well as share an integrated approach with Product Line to support pipeline definition. - Responsible for the execution of the go to market activation strategy and execution together with the country trade organization and Go-to-Market department. - Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, CRM and a seamless customer experience online. - Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase. - Manage and challenge the performance media agency. - Accountable for brand assets, investment ROI and business plan follow-up with local teams. - Lead the development of creative concepts and develop brand communication campaigns. - Stay current on market trends and competitive activity. - Establish and maintain brand budget. What you need to succeed - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital or related field. - Experience in D2C online business (project management, CRM experience, digital conversion media, analytic skills). - Demonstrable ability to achieve results in a dynamic and international environment and to deliver on strategic, tactical and operational levels. - Proven experience in creating and driving a successful 360° marcom activation plan. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills. - Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution - Skilled in cross functional environment.
