This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new 5-star luxury resort in Italy during its exciting pre-opening and transition phase.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.Oversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.Support pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.Act as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.Profile & RequirementsProven experience in hotel sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or related industries.Experience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce is a plus.Fluency in Italian and English.Locally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.What We OfferA full-time
