Purpose of position:
Play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue generation in the assigned territory. The responsibilities will include lead generation, sales operations, customer relations, teamwork, and embodying the Maccaferri culture and values
Core Responsibilities
Key Activities
Lead Generation
* Generate leads within the assigned territory.
* Maintain all leads in the CRM system.
* Regularly visit customer sites to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
Sales Operation
* Convert leads into sales to generate revenue for the organization.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer queries and resolve issues.
* Work closely with SCM and Finance teams to facilitate the sales process.
* Conduct competition mapping and market analysis
Customer Relations
* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders of customers.
* Establish mutually beneficial relationships with key influencers such as consultants and technical institutes.
* Organize marketing events in collaboration with the marketing team.
Teamwork
* Collaborate closely with peers and seniors to achieve business goals and objectives.
* Develop and nurture business partnerships in the assigned territories.
