What You'll Do
Drive Business Development
* Own the development of your assigned territory in Italy, focusing on high-value agency and advertiser accounts
* Exceed revenue goals and KPIs by identifying opportunities and executing strategic sales plays
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasts to support business planning
Cultivate Client Relationships
* Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with media agencies, brands, media planners, and buyers
* Become your clients' trusted partner—understand their challenges and position Dailymotion's solutions as the answer
* Prioritize client satisfaction to drive renewal business and unlock incremental revenue opportunities
Collaborate & Execute
* Work seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver exceptional client experiences
* Effectively communicate Dailymotion's value propositions, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
* Represent Dailymotion as a strategic partner in the Italian digital advertising ecosystem
Qualifications
✅ Must-haves
* 4+ years of experience in digital media sales: Strong preference for video advertising experience you know the landscape and how to win in it
* Proven sales track record: You've consistently exceeded targets and won new business in competitive environments
* Outstanding communication skills: You can pitch, present, and negotiate with confidence and clarity
* Deep industry knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the digital media and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on video and programmatic advertising
* Existing network: Established relationships with digital media agencies, brands, media planners, and buyers in Italy
* Language skills: Fluent in Italian with a good command of English
* Driven and collaborative: You're passionate about sales, hungry for success, and thrive in a team environment

* Experience working with programmatic advertising platforms and video ad tech solutions
* Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
* Strong analytical skills—you use data to inform strategy and optimize performance
