Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? /p h3Scope of the Role /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul liSupport in leading the total brand category strategy across Europe /li liCoordinate and influence the cross‑functional team (regulatory, RD, quality, supply,…) senior management stakeholders. /li liDevelop 5Y category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer‑first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activation platform,…) /li liAnticipate consumer trends, competition new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap. /li liActively collaborate with top tier countries globally /li liDefine and execute consumer‑centric innovation pipeline (concept, research, development master text) /li liCollaborate with creative media agencies to lead the activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS,…) with the right consumer insights touchpoints in partnership with top tier countries. /li liReport, track, learn suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions. /li liPL ownership including AP management and optimisation. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liLeadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence /li liSolid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills /li liAbility to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn /li liProven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence. /li liStakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, exec and local teams /li liA strong drive for results, proactive curious attitude, and performance tracking (Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs) /li liModerate travel: 20-30% of the time /li liAdvanced English /li liExperience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,…) financials (PL ownership) /li li(6 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. /li liExperience in the VMS category is a plus /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
