EXPORT AREA MANAGER (English and French / German)
Company Description
Our client is a renowned company operating in the ceramic sector.
Located in the Sassuolo district (MO), we are selecting two candidates for the position of:
EXPORT AREA MANAGER (English and French / German)
The resources, reporting to the Sales Management, will be responsible for the commercial development and sales management within the assigned geographical area.
Specifically, they will:
* Monitor the reference market, potential clients and distributors, and competitor behavior, collecting data to support strategic commercial decisions;
* Engage in lead scouting and prospecting, manage and oversee active clients in their area, conduct periodic visits, and participate in industry fairs and events;
* Manage and close negotiations with clients according to company policies;
* Regularly produce and share sales reports (turnover, clients, orders, etc.) with the headquarters;
* Handle any issues or conflicts with clients (complaints, non-conformities, delivery requests, delayed payments, etc.) following company policies.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience in B2B sales of ceramic products or related (marble, bathroom furniture, outdoor construction, windows, kitchens, etc.);
* Fluent knowledge of English and a second language among French and German;
* Willingness to travel abroad up to 50% of the time;
* Results-oriented, with skills in mediation and negotiation.
Additional Information
We offer: permanent employment contract.
Work location: ceramic district of Sassuolo (MO) with travel up to 50% of the time.
