Ph3Job Summary /h3 pThe Area Sales Manager OEM chiller will be responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA) and with OEM sales responsibilities in the refrigeration business, providing added value to the customers through technical, commercial and partnership skills. /p pThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives and will report directly to the Sales OEM Director. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDirect the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration. /li liAnalyzes market potential for new products and applications. /li liIdentifying potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to meet strategic business objectives. /li liManages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each Area. /li liPrepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable. /li liDraft technical offers. /li liEvaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume. /li liDevelops and maintains a competent workforce through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBusiness English knowledge. /li /ul h3Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements /h3 pFlexible working, travel in the assigned Territory. /p h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of process cooling management with ability to support and train OEMs in the field. /li liA third language Knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered as a plus, but not essential. /li /ul h3What we Offer /h3 ul liDynamic and International working environment /li liCompany Car /li liAttractive Incentive plan related to the goals achievement /li liSpecific Smart Working Policy /li liCompany Share Options /li liInternal canteen /li /ul pIngersoll Rand Inc.
