Drive new-business sales activities with a strong hunter mentality.
Identify, qualify and engage new customers across Fans, Pumps, Air Compressors, Mixers/Crushers/Sifters, and Process Equipment.
Build a solid pipeline by targeting OEMs, industrial end-users, and distributors in Northern Italy.
Position Client’s safety monitoring solutions vs. Develop offers, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer intelligence gathering.
Report pipeline progress and market insights.
5–10 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial machinery sector.
~ Ability to engage stakeholders from engineers to senior management.
~ Self-driven, structured, persistent, motivated by building new markets.
~ Fluent in Italian and English
