Main Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of the sales plan within the Power Generation sector to maximize sales, revenue, and market share. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute marketing strategies and develop new approaches, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives. - Work with the Inside Sales department to define sales objectives, pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall company goals. - Develop and manage client relationships, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. - Create and manage a Long-Term Fidelity Program with customers to achieve progressive service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Gather customer feedback on new products and services and work closely with the Technical Sales department to evaluate opportunities for new product development. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in sales management, particularly within the Power Generation or energy sector. - Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies and objectives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams. - Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience in coordinating sales and marketing efforts. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
