Concentrix Italy is recruiting a Sales Specialist to support sales and revenue growth in the general market, with a preference for candidates with experience in BPO and knowledge of the Italian Market.
This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and strategic sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategy adjustments.
* Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients, customizing solutions to meet their needs.
* Performance Tracking: Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategy execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the Energy sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
Desired Experience:
* Between 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the BPO sector
* Experience as a Sales Consultant is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
* Full-time position with a hybrid work setup.
* Occasional travel may be required for client meetings.
