At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us elevate our Sales Account Executives Team.
The Role
Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in the Italian market to achieve and surpass acquisition goals while scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive team success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will include coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member can thrive.
Key responsibilities :
* Strategic Leadership : Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Italian market, aligning with Factorial’s broader business objectives.
* Team Development : Coach AEs and TLs daily, conduct regular sales training, and provide feedback to enhance skills and performance.
* Recruitment & Onboarding : Lead recruitment and onboarding of high-performing, committed AEs, ensuring seamless integration and professional growth with clear career development paths.
* Collaboration & Efficiency : Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to improve tools, processes, and tracking for maximum sales efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with stakeholders from global teams to refine go-to-market strategies and foster synergies across regions and business units.
* In-field Leadership : Spend significant time supporting your team in the field, helping them reach targets, enriching pipeline management, and continuously improving sales approaches.
Requirements :
* B2B Sales Expertise : Strong background in B2B sales with experience leading teams in dynamic, competitive environments.
* Sales Leadership : At least 5+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with a proven track record of results in fast-paced settings and +2 years as a Sales Manager.
* Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions for strategy refinement.
* Languages : Fluency in Italian and English, with full working proficiency in Italian and advanced skills in English.
* Adaptability : Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, managing uncertainty, and driving success under pressure.
* Passion for Growth : Motivated to learn quickly, make a tangible impact, and lead your team to success from day one.
