It is the world’s No.1 air treatment brand by production volume, generating $53 billion in annual revenue, employing 165,000 people across 195 countries, with a strong focus on innovation.We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity, with the option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.Job Responsibilities:Stay current with product launches or transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including product and service-related support.Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and establish rapport with customers through products and services.Collaborate with engineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.Provide customer information via presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.Support team members in achieving KPIs.Participate in product and business promotional activities, including regional and international trade shows.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or RD.Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.Understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.Highly motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.Knowledge of Chinese is beneficial but not required.Midea Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
