In 2019, OPPO earned a spot on the “Top 50 Chinese Global Brands” ranking by BrandZTM, the leading global authority on brand power. /p h3About the job: /h3 pWe are OPPO authorized distributor in Italy. /p pWe are currently looking for a bKey Account Manager /b. /p pThe Key Account Manager is responsible for the commercial relationship with assigned customers. /p pDeveloping trust relationships with assigned customers and acquiring a complete understanding of key customer needs and requirements, /p pExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. /p pResolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. /p pPreparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liFull Commercial responsible and co-responsible for all other other activities with the customer /li liListing and Product Portfolio /li liSI planning by Quarter Month and Order management /li liSO analysis, DOS management and action plans /li liShort Term and Long-Term forecast accuracy /li liKA PL (based on available tools) /li liMarket competition, Business intelligence report /li liJM plans agreements and implementation /li liWeekly meeting with Field Force, Bi-weekly meeting for a customer-focused department and monthly, Gap – analysis and action plan development /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liGraduated in Economics/Engineering/Business Administration. /li li3-5 years of experience in the Retail/Distribution in Telco/Consumer Electronic sector; /li liGood financial, PL, supply chain knowledge /li liTeam Player, Excellent internal communication and cross-functional work skills; /li liAbility in problem-solving and negotiation. /li liStrong motivation, open minded and favorable to working in a multicultural environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
