PCompany in the metalworking sector based in Milan, research /ppEUROPE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER /ppThis role is responsible for profitable sales growth in the food machinery sector across the European region, promoting the company's value proposition by retaining existing customers and developing new business. /ppActivities are aligned with regional sales management plans. /ppEssential duties and responsibilities: /pulliMaintain regular contact with existing customers to identify potential opportunities for new machines or upgrades, or to further enhance service opportunities; /liliEngage with prospective customers to identify potential opportunities; /liliDevelop and maintain customer relationships at different organizational levels; /liliProvide direct support and act as a knowledgeable point of reference for customers, ensuring satisfaction with performance (Quality and Productivity) and service standards; /liliUnderstand customer markets, segments and Trends; /liliReport to EU Managing Director regarding business, market status, and customer activities; /liliAttend and participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions; /liliWork proactively with Service Manager, to leverage on provided services targeted to increase customer satisfaction; /liliCooperate to budgeting and projection activities. /li /ulpHard skills: /pulliPrevious industrial sales experience (3-5 years) in small-medium size organizations (food processing equipment is a plus but not mandatory); /liliTechnical background in engineering or industrial technologies (non-specialized, but solid foundation); /liliKnowledge of CRM tools.
