We're now looking for a
This position is
full-time and
remote from Italy.
Your role involves supporting business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops, acting as a technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, building and maintaining relationships with EcoFlow partners, and providing technical support and training to ensure partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services. You will also gather feedback from clients and partners to help improve our products and assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes :
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, with a preference for electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles.
* Preferably, 3+ years in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Strong self-drive, proactiveness, and ability to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.
* A passion for the industry and a willingness to learn continuously.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages such as French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
