The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
As a Real Estate Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, challenging and pushing sales advisors to reach their full potential. You will be the engine that translates strategy into execution, and the first to act when performance is not where it should be. You will use data, dashboards and performance frameworks to build a high‑impact team.
* Analyse advisors’ commercial performance using dashboards and KPIs.
* Identify bottlenecks or blockers and act quickly to resolve them.
* Build strong relationships with advisors through both challenge and support.
* Actively participate in the sales process when needed (calls, closings, follow‑ups).
* Represent Huspy’s culture: ownership, speed, customer focus, and obsession with results.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager in the real estate sector.
* Startup experience is a plus.
* Highly analytical mindset: you understand funnels and data, and know how to act on them.
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
* Proactive, resilient attitude, with a strategic mindset and a hands‑on approach.
