The Pastry Chef de Partie reports to the Pastry Chef. /ppAs bPastry Chef de Partie /b, you will be responsible for the following duties: /pulliYou will be accountable to Executive Chef and Chef Patissier relating to pastry section to ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings in hotel\'s food and beverage outlets. /liliIt is your responsibility to ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings. /liliYou will supervise and co-ordinates all pastry and dessert preparation/presentation. /liliYou will plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements. /liliYou will be expected to develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings in line with the concept of food and beverage outlets in the hotel and ensure appropriate cost control. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliIdeally candidate has a Culinary Diploma /liliAll applicants will have at least 2-3 years experience working within a similar environment /liliYou will have a good kitchen manner and have a willingness to learn and teach others /liliThe ability to work a variety of shifts /liliFluent in Italian /li /ulh3Our commitment to you /h3ulliLearning Development.
