LGS – Tessera / Caselle Torinese (TO) – Expert Project Manager
Leonardo Global Solutions (LGS), a Service Provider of Leonardo, aims to create value across the Group by supporting business in Italy and abroad. It functions as a Procurement Competence Center, a Global Real Estate Provider, a Business and People Care Service Manager, and an Environmental Risk Manager. Within the Construction Management North and Central Military Bases unit, two Expert Project Managers are sought to:
* Manage the definition and execution of projects for new constructions and major maintenance on Military Bases;
* Oversee technical, organizational, and economic aspects of construction sites, monitoring each phase;
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to requirements, coordinating with relevant divisions and stakeholders;
* Handle administrative authorizations and client approvals, and assist with legal disputes related to permits;
* Maintain relationships with internal and external clients, overseeing project control and monitoring;
* Manage technical aspects with the team and contractors, ensuring operational levels meet quality, time, and budget objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
Experience Level: 4-6 years as Site Manager, Technical Director, Site Supervisor, or similar roles in Italy, with preference for international infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
* Ability to understand and produce technical documentation in construction, civil, and systems engineering;
* Experience in procurement processes, including public tenders;
* Project Management skills;
* Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and safety regulations;
* Familiarity with Legislative Decrees 36/2023 and 50/2016;
* Previous experience in site management roles, including abroad;
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects involving various company functions;
* Coordination and quality assurance skills for work performed by contractors and professionals;
* Monitoring construction progress, quality, costs, and optimization.
Behavioral Skills: Teamwork, problem-solving, flexibility, dynamism, goal orientation, and time management.
Language Skills: English at B2/C1 level.
Computer Skills: Office, AutoCAD, MS Project.
Willingness to travel within Italy for short but frequent trips.
