What you´ll do
- Sales responsibility for the whole Italy
- Define your strategy and objectives at your customers in line with business unit strategy to ensure growth and meet our targeted budget.
- Develop and execute action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels
- Coordinate with application engineering colleagues to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints
- Adapt pricing and commercial topics based on business unit guidelines
- Support Customer service Team in any operative issues
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years work experience in sales with international experience in adhesives
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and experience interacting with large multinational customers across different levels
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job
- Fluent in Italian and in English
