What will you do Role : NDT Sales Specialist, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - South Region (Iberia, Italy). You will drive sales growth through technical expertise, customer engagement, and a strategic market approach. Responsibilities Analyze the market in your sales area and develop yearly Action Plans Define and follow up Account Plans Provide commercial and technical support to customers; assist Inside Sales with technical advice or on-site demos Achieve sales targets in your area Plan regular visits to customer facilities Create leads and opportunities Prepare technical and economic offers Regularly follow up opportunities until close Report opportunities, follow-up, and activities in CRM (Sales Force) Attend exhibitions and marketing events Design, schedule, and deliver local workshops and seminars Install products and provide customer training Provide technical support to our distributor ADG in the south of Italy Serve the area : Vall D’Aosta, Piemonte, Liguria, Toscana, Emilia Romagna and Malta; support ADG distributor in the south of Italy Requirements / Qualifications 5 years of experience in NDT-related industries NDT technique knowledge and hands-on experience Proficiency in English and Italian Strong sales and commercial skills Knowledge of the Italian industry market is a plus Willingness to travel within the assigned area and Europe for meetings and training Legal authorization to work in the EU is required.
