Ph3Job Title /h3 pHealth Systems Key Account Manager /p h3Job Description /h3 pbKey Account Manager – Health Systems /b /p pDevelops and drives credible and productive long‑term relation with customers in the assigned area (North‑Est Italy), by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts. /p pbYour role: /b /p ul liDeveloping, maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. /li liInitializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group. /li liCreating, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts. /li liCreating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. /li liCreating and implements action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. /li liDriving the performance of the functions in the accounts to get it done. /li liSystematically analysing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement. /li /ul pbYou're the right fit if you have: /b /p ul liMaster’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. /li liExtensive proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably with capital equipment. /li liAbility to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results. /li liSolid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies. /li liStrong knowledge of logistics and process management. /li liBasic financial understanding. /li liCapable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans. /li liExperience delivering presentations at an account management level. /li liFrequent interaction with customers and/or cross‑functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units. /li liFluency in English and Italian (local language required) /li /ul pbHow we work together /b /p pWe believe that we are better together than apart.
