PpSunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more. /ppSHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world. /ppFrom the division Sunset Hotels Resorts, we are looking for bDirector of Sales /bfor METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new bResidences and Suites /bproject, in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of bMilan. /bThis role will lead the sales strategy for the luxury segment, focusing on key international markets and cultivating strong partnerships with top-tier consortia and travel brands. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with the METT brand positioning, annual sales plan, and revenue objectives to achieve budgeted targets. /liliIdentify, attract, and grow business from new and existing luxury leisure accounts across key markets (US, UK, Italy, and Europe) to increase market share. /liliManage and strengthen long-term relationships with top-tier clients, luxury consortia, tour operators, and strategic partners. /liliDrive revenue growth within the high-end leisure segment by converting new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. /liliLead client interactions, including sales presentations, contract negotiations, business reviews, and ongoing account performance evaluations. /liliAnalyze client needs, travel trends, and market data to develop tailored luxury experiences and bespoke commercial strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Management. /liliRepresent METT Milan at international luxury travel trade shows, roadshows, and networking events, ensuring strong brand visibility within key luxury travel networks. /liliManage FIT and Leisure Group accounts, ensuring follow-up and conversion to achieve budgeted revenues. /liliMonitor market conditions and competitor activity, including pricing, market share, and positioning, to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. /liliDevelop and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives, providing regular performance reports and strategic recommendations by account. /liliEvaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (FIT, tour operators, consortia, corporate, groups, etc.). /liliManage budgets for sales initiatives, promotions, and commercial activities. /liliCoordinate with external partners such as advertising, public relations agencies, and market research firms to support commercial objectives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort) /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at international events and fairs. /liliStrong connections to luxury agencies and fashion houses in Milan. /liliGood understanding of the Milan market and local hospitality landscape. /liliExcellent negotiation and leadership skills /liliStrong planning and budgetary skills /liliProven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in luxury hospitality environments /liliAvailability to travel frequently /liliDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /liliCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
