Senior Director Enterprise Business Development Manager

Our product stack (which can be augmented by our strong payments products) is fully developed and is used by many Luxury brands and department stores across the globe.
Our fully end-to-end digital TAX FREE system is in use in our key markets, including the Middle East.
Planet is well-positioned to grow further, and we are looking to expand our Tax Free Enterprise Customer base in all regions, and in particular in Europe, and we are creating new positions for Specialised Sales Professionals to operate in this segment.
Role Overview
You will drive growth by promoting Planet's TAX FREE solutions to luxury brands and jewellery retailers across Europe.
You'll leverage our advanced digital TAX FREE system to offer seamless, high-value experiences tailored to high-end clients.
This role is central to expanding our presence in key markets, building relationships with industry leaders, and enhancing the value our technology brings to the luxury segment.
What You Will Do
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders at top luxury brands and department stores, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and objectives for their TAX FREE solutions.
Strategic Client Growth: Work closely with clients to identify new growth opportunities, leveraging Planet's unique TAX FREE digital system and other payment solutions to drive higher customer satisfaction and increase merchant revenue.
Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with Planet's internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to create tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of luxury clients across Europe.
Market Insights and Trends: Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes in the TAX FREE and luxury retail space to advise clients and adapt strategies accordingly.
Who You Are
Results-Oriented and Strategic: You excel at identifying growth opportunities, possess a keen business acumen, and are driven to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Multicultural Expertise: You have experience working across multiple European markets and bring an understanding of cultural nuances in France and Italy.
Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
