P pAs market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-LINK ITALY S.R.L is looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the sales team. /p pAs Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by a designated account set of partners. You will build direct relationships with channel partners to maximize Tp-Link penetration and opportunities on your territory. You will manage all aspects of sales helping customers maximizing their revenue. /p pThis position potentially represents the first step towards an extremely interesting professional future in the world of Information and Technology. The ISAM role is training for roles such as Account or Area Manager, Product Manager or Business Development, up to managerial positions such as Sales or Commercial Director, CIO, CTO or CEO in the IT sector. /p pThe individual enjoys selling, is achievement-oriented and believes in performance rewards for exceeding annual/quarterly sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. He/She will work within the TP-LINK Smb/Enterprise Team together with the other team members to help to develop the business. /p pThe ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. A background in market product and technical trend, networking technical knowledge and solutions is an added Value. /p pYou possess strong business acumen and can effectively value proposition to your customer base. Most importantly you have the ability to engage in active listening, to identify pain points- both current and future, and propose solutions to improve their process. /p pYou are willing to learn and continuously develop yourself in a fast growing team that can help you to help you emerging in a market always looking for new talents. /p pYou thrive in a team environment and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices. /p pYou will build experience using digital selling tools /p pThis will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the TP-LINK business moving forwards. /p h3Key job role and responsibilities: /h3 ul liOwns partners relationships, carries legal quota and is responsible for the growth of a fixed set of accounts. /li liDevelops/Hunts for opportunities through sales marketing activities with partners to drive technology penetration in your account list. /li liCollaborate with the entire sales team to close the deals once an opportunity is identified. /li liLeverages new technologies and social selling practices to enhance the partner's experience and to accelerate Tp-Link Enterprise business. /li liDevelops account plans and campaigns towards selected market opportunities. /li liPrioritizes internal and external (virtual) resources executes to meet or exceed sales quota. /li liWill bring new ideas for building new business and creating additional pipeline. /li /ul h3Desired Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBS/BA degree equivalent or close to graduation. IT experience is a plus. /li liYou have good communication and presentation skills. /li liPreferred specialization: Communication, automation, mechanical, electronic and telecommunications engineering and other similar specializations. /li liA high level of service and customer orientation as well as reliability. /li liVery good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and written. /li liVery good social skills, communication skills and organizational skills to manage the customer in technical side and basic understanding about account and project management. /li /ul pTP-LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals, who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
