This is a pivotal, early-stage hire with full responsibility for market entry, customer development, and long-term revenue growth. /ppThis opportunity is ideally suited to individuals with deep experience in modified engineering plastics who are motivated by building a market from the ground up. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for Italy, including target segments, positioning, and pricing /liliIdentify and win new business across key industries such as automotive, electronics (3C), appliances, and packaging /liliBuild relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and distribution partners to establish a strong market footprint /liliDrive the full commercial lifecycle from initial engagement and technical discussions through to long-term supply agreements /liliTranslate technical customer requirements into tailored material solutions across engineering polymers (PA, PC, PET, PPS, etc.) /liliWork closely with internal technical teams to support material selection, validation, and application development /liliEstablish foundational sales processes, tools, and customer frameworks to support future team growth /liliMonitor market dynamics including competitors, regulatory requirements, and pricing trends, adapting strategy accordingly /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliSales Experience: Proven background in B2B sales within engineering plastics, polymer compounds, or advanced materials /liliProduct Expertise: Strong familiarity with modified engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PET, PPS, or reinforced compounds /liliMarket Exposure: Demonstrated success operating within the European market, ideally with an established network in Italy /liliCommercial Capability: Experience developing new markets, building pipelines, and closing complex technical sales /liliTechnical Understanding: Solid grasp of polymer applications, processing, or injection moulding environments /liliCommunication: Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills across technical and commercial audiences /liliLanguages: Fluent in English and Italian; additional European languages are advantageous /liliMobility: Willingness to travel across Italy and wider Europe to support business development /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
