* Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability
* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
* Expand coverage in the assigned region, supporting agency efforts
* Develop business cases with the Country Manager and Sales Head for regional expansion
* Identify and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
* Develop projects and track progress in Salesforce
* Conduct training sessions for agencies and customers in Italy
* Serve as the Italy reference for BLE system training and collaboration
* Gather market intelligence and coordinate with the Opple marketing team
* Achieve sales targets and budget goals
* Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
