Responsibilities
* You support our customers and provide fast, effective solutions.
* You handle complex inquiries and, when necessary, escalated them in a targeted way.
* You work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing to continuously improve the customer experience.
* You carefully document customer interactions in our CRM and ticketing systems.
* You actively contribute to the development of our support processes and guidelines.
* You support and mentor Junior Support Agents and share your knowledge within the team.

* Consistently think from the customer’s perspective and aim to create real solutions.
* Bring structure to complex topics and stay on top of things even in high‑volume situations.
* Work independently while collaborating closely with your team.
* Strive to deliver not just good, but exceptional service.
Your profile
* At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working with CRM software and ticketing systems.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup.
* Empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset when dealing with customers.
